Questions buyers ask

Is Zoony a carrier or freight forwarder?

No. Carriage is performed by appointed carriers and agents under their own terms. Zoony coordinates the information and handovers between the contracted parties.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

The Incoterm is agreed in each contract. It decides who books freight, who insures the cargo and where risk passes, and the shipping plan follows it.

Can you quote a transit time?

Transit times and costs come from the appointed provider at the time of booking and depend on the route, mode and cargo.
