Verify the sender
Check the complete email domain and contact the Istanbul branch at +90 537 877 55 55 using a number obtained from this website, not from the suspicious message.
Treat changes as high risk
Do not rely on a message that unexpectedly changes the beneficiary, bank, account country, payment timing, contracting party or authorised representative.
No personal accounts
Do not send transaction funds to personal, unverified or unrelated accounts. A website inquiry is never a payment instruction.
Customer access
Existing customers should access the official portal only through app.zoony.com.tr. Report lookalike domains or suspicious messages to info@zoony.com.tr.
