Zoony helps companies research products and suppliers, compare commercial information, coordinate independent inspection, organise shipment handovers and keep the required documents visible. These activities support a transaction; they do not replace the buyer, seller, inspector, carrier, bank or legal adviser.
Depending on the signed documents, Zoony may participate as a principal trader or in a disclosed coordination role. The website does not itself create an agency, sale, financing or payment relationship.
Zoony does not present itself as a bank, escrow provider, payment institution, producer, inspection body or shipping line. Product availability and commercial terms are confirmed only in transaction-specific documents.
